My responsibilities at Fluxitek are holistically related to the user experience: I do user research, user interface design, usability testing, requirements engineering and implementation of databases and user interfaces.

I am fundamentally a listener and a creative mind that enjoys fiddling with interactions, structure, logic, and words. In different projects, designing holistic user and customer experiences get me going, with user centered design as the underlying mindset. Conceptual modeling helps us to understand the thinking of clients and to ensure everybody is on the same page.
